A small patisserie established in 2017, driven by a team passionate about crafting special cakes and pastries made with care and local ingredients, aiming to offer their guests something unique and delicious.

Tea Mamut
Tea Mamut, a young Croatian pastry chef, realized her vision by opening her own pastry shop called Oš kolač. The names of the pastry shop, as well as the names of the cakes and pastries, nurture the local Split dialect, such as Štorija o’ palačinki, Zdravka, Torta o’sira, and others. Tea shares her love and rich experience with numerous dessert enthusiasts through her work.
